Title: Aydem electricity bill??

I pay my bills through the bank and notice there has been a payment taken for 18ytl since we have last been there. The last bill was read about 10 days after we left.
I was just wondering if they have a standing charge or yearly payment or some such thing that would account for this ? This hasn't happened before but it was a different company before I think.

I didn't think there was as we have never had this before. I am thinking maybe my friend has left the electricity on and the fridge/freezer will be running as it does not have an on/off switch. We switched everything off but she went to look as there was a leak upstairs last month. Maybe forgot to switch it off again !

If the main meter was switched off, the meter reader would have turned it on to read it. In most cases they do not turn it off again, so it is likely that your fridge freezer has been running. To avoid this isolate everything at the fuse box inside the property.

Last year someone gave me the web site to log on to and get a print out of my electricity bills. I have searched through but cannot find it does anyone know the web site address?

I have now found the web site Aydem and can recall my subscription details BUT how do you get a print out of your previous bill amounts? [I got it last year and printed it but  cant seem to find the route in now.

I don't know about Aydem site as I can view mine from my bank account
