Can you fit a 185/65/14 onto a 185/65/15 wheel i dont think you can but garage says you can anyone know.[?] ;)

Just to put the record straight i didnt buy them a friend did they were a good deal in kipa ,the car he went up in was the same model and year as his but when he checked later his were an inch bigger ,anyway he has taken them to garage down here and they are exchanging them for him ,just trying to help someone out. ;)
