An interesting article in Todays Zaman.

We didn't know that residencies are only granted a maximum of 4 times to a foreigner.

Don't worry, you're not the only ones. When we queried it with the Pasport Polis last year, they didn't know about it either. :D ;):D

4 times in one blue booklet, because there are only 4 places for renewal. So could be 4 time one month or 4 times five years, then you pay for new booklet for 4 more entries.

Yes correct. I am already on my 3rd book and have renewed my residence around 9 or 10 times.
