Thank you Anne.   Took a few deep breaths and have book our 2011 holiday flights from Bournemouth - Dalaman - better prices than this year and the airport is only 10 minutes drive.

I'm too wary to give aegean another go so will just wait for the TC flights to come out.

I'm going to see what my first ever Onur Air flights are like before I book with them again. Already had one time change (but not that much different)and on tender-hooks to see if we actually fly on the day we booked.

No doubt I will report on our return ;-)

This year we have only had a time change by 2 hours and we are now flying Pegasus not Onur.  Dont care who gets me there as long as its the cheapest price gives us more spends when we get to sunny Calis have never had a problem with Onur.

Dont care how much they muck me around at this price £120 for June 2011 BHX - DLM and £130 for September BHX - DLM  a whacking £110 saved on 2010 prices which were cheaper than last years, the name of the game is saving money.

:D :)

Got to agree Stoop when you only get a specific time to take holidays you cannot look for cheap deals with any confidence.

friends of ours yesterday got letter from Aegean, flights from belfast changed by 2 days and terrible times coming home flight 6am in the morning so vey early start travelling with 4 small kids luckily enough we had no one in our apartment before them so at least accomodation is OK.

Of course it's not Aegean that alter the flights but the airline. Onur are pretty notorious for it and I think one of the main reasons is the fact that Aegean/Onur release so many flights so far in advance. This means the ones that don't fill up are cancelled and people are put on other flights to consolodate and save costs. I also wonder how they can guarantee a flight slot over 12 months in advance? I think they probably can't.

They also have your money for over 12 months as well!
