Title: Iskender Kebab

Have just read that a man called Yavuz Iskenderoglu is going to market Iskender Kebab in Europe as a brand. His grandfather known as Iskender son of Mehmet was responsible for the roasting of kebab meat vertically to prevent the fat dripping into the fire.

I wonder if we will be seeing Iskender Kebab in England soon in competition with McDonalds? :)
