I guess you could book Sat for a wedding reception but does anybody know if they offer a complete marriage facility[?] My daughter is planning to get married in May 2011 and is looking at all possibilities  8)

I was looking at the Sugar Beach website yesterday - it seems to indicate you can do the whole package there and very nice it looked too.

If you look at Ezmen Tours they do all types of wedding packages from beach, hotel gulet etc.My daughter was married at the Sea Breeze in Ovacik in 2007 what a fantastic day, they just took all the pressure away, people are still talking about the stuffed calamari that was part of the Buffet.

We tend to go to Billy's beach in Olu Deniz, and last year saw 2 or 3 weddings held on the adjoining private beach late afternoon, (cannot recall the name of the beach unfortunately), but each one we saw they did seem to do a very good job, appeared to be well organised and quite tasteful, not my thing I may add but my wife seemed fairly impressed !!

I got married at the Grand Ucel hotel in Ovacik and it was fantastic. We organised the wedding ourselves but they now do full wedding packages, have a look at their website: http://www.granducel.com/weddings/weddings.html
Highly recommend it, our wedding was a dream!

Hi Mo,booked in at Sugar Beach Club at Olu Deniz. Our Joanne scrutinized their website then had a couple of chats with them and seemed very pleased with the way they do things :D I'm really looking forward to it although I've got a couple of visits to look forward to before then  8)

Sugar Beach is an excellent venue 8), we go there everytime we go to Olu Deniz, the beach area and entertainment is managed by Phil and Lou who used to run The Lighthouse and made a great success of it 8).

Good Luck Ken, if you need any help let me know ;)

When you get to Olu Deniz just ask the driver for Sugar Beach or any of the other beaches they will take you there at no extra charge! Don't get the dolmus that goes to Faralya from OD as it goes in the opposite direction  :)

it's about half a mile walk along the back road, walk up to the barrier where you would normally pay to go in but bear right before that and follow the back road, I think its the second bar you come to.
