Location: facing the heads and next Ocakbasi Restaurant.
Visited on Saturday evening 5th June.
Wide selection of Turkish and other European wines.
House wine is better than the usual stuff from most bars and only 3.5tl per 175ml glass.
Music to suit the customers and not the staff.
No efes but Carlsberg and Tuborg available for 4.5tl.
Selection of light bites available but not tasted these and so no comment.
An unusual name but certainly worth a try.

Sounds good - have yet to try Ocakbasi - but maybe I can combine the two - have visitors again next week so will put in on my places to visit.

We were very impressed with this bar, food very nice and a good price, home made quiche etc. A litre of house wine 18tl and was one of the better wines we have tasted in Turkey, well worth a visit.

The wine is very nice, definitely not the usual junk.

But a European cheese board from 6TL has to be a bargain.

There menu has also been evolving over the last month.
The ploughman's I had was as good as the UK :)
