Hi folks thought I'd introduce myself.... (& SWMBO)  8)
We've been to Turkey many times, stayed at Oludeniz, Side, Bodrum, Alanya, and we've visited all the adjoining resorts over the past few years. We usually stay in places like Lykiaworld, Club Sun City, Belcekiz Beach club, the 4 star plus type of All Inclusive mainly for the children really. This year as the children (they'll always be children to us) are 17 & 18yrs so we are having our first holiday on our own. We've opted to get a good bed & breakfast (hopefully) after lots of research in many resorts I've ended up booking the Oykun Hotel in Calis. The reason we've gone B & B is quite frankly I've missed the eating out experience over the years which to me is a big part of my holiday. We just love trying all the different restaurants out. We didn't want to go to Oludeniz for a 4th time and we liked the Fethiye boat trips + it's a shorter transfer. Have no idea what Calis is like so joining this forum is part of our learning experience.

Calis has a charm all of it's own, as laid back or as busy a holiday as you want.  You won't be disappointed!
