We have just returned from another lovely week in Calis.
For people who last year visited Ecos Dawn Beach bar and was wondering where the two lovely waiters have gone, well Engin and Bal have opened their own bar, just across from Ecos and down a bit on the right
The bar is quite a large bar has a lovely breeze blowing through, nice background music, nothing to loud.
We didn't have a main meal but had a lovely cheese cake which was a huge piece and delicious and of course an efes.
I wish Engin and Bal well in their new bar

It's Dawn Beach Hotel bar, very nice place ;)

We go here if we want an English breakfast, I have tried most places in Calis for breakfast (anyone who knows me can see that is obvious):D
I think these boys do the best one in Calis includes 2 cups of tea or coffee. The resaurant is totally seperate to what was the Dawn Beach Hotel this is now a Dialysis centre.

Hopefully be back over soon and sample your cooked breakfast.....must admit the food you served that large group of people looked lovely and i heard the lovely comments on how nice it was

We ate in the Brothers 3 times during our holiday and each time the food and service were fabulous. My sons particularly recommended the sizzling meatballs and Turkish pudding.
I wish the boys all the very best with the new place and look forward to seeing you next year.

I've got to agree about the breakfast. The brothers were recommended to us and we were nor disappointed. Pity we found you at the end of our three weeks holiday but we'll be back next year. Good luck guys. Billy, Margaret and Lauren from sunny Scotland.

We had an evening meal here last week, very good value 3 courses 20tl and very enjoyable.

Sounds like you are doing well guys, judging by the comments in this topic. Well done, it's hard to start a business out there with so much competition but it seems like you managed it well :)

We are over next week and would like to try this restaurant. Where is it exactly is it on the street where the water taxis are?

From the water taxis turn right onto the main street (away from the sea) and it is about half way up on the left side. If you reach Jospehs Bar you missed it. Next door to Interturk.

We ate there last week, very good food and service.

we often have breakfast there when we pop in to see Cenk and Olga (interturk estates next door)( plug) and it is the best value breakfast we have had so far, good on you lads.

We discovered The Brothers this September. We liked their attitude and the food and service was really good. We tried an iced coffee and cheese cake one afternoon and it was to die for. He laughed at our faces when the cake came up as it was so large. One portion would have done for two. But we managed to eat it all !! We ate there later in the holiday and it was just as good.We tried the set meal menu and it was really good value for money. It is also a good place to people watch.
