Title: Electric Lock In

Our neighbour emailed me today to say that the electric company had taken readings today and then turned off our electricity (his as well!) and a few others and put locks on the boxes.  He went in and paid today and even though he had previously paid all bills because he did not have receipts he had to pay them again. We are in Fethiye but first time this has happened.
