so many sites are requesting you download this now, even CBF, isit safe to do so?

Yes adobe flash player is safe aslong as it is  genuine software and you need it for lots of sites

I've never had any problems with it since it was added to my computer. Right to be cautious Tinx after your little virus the other week  :)

If you are worried go directly to the Adobe website and do it from there. Once you have it they send you regular updates.
