Does any one know where in the Fethiye area i can buy samosa pastry (also known as samosa leaves / sambusa leaves)?

Use Yufka the very thin uleavened bread and cut them into the desired shape. It's what the Indian restaurants do here

I use sheets of yufka/filo pastry available in Tansas, Kippa and Migros. seems to do the job if you use a couple of layers together.

Supermarket Yufka is thicker and heavier than the locally fresh made Yufka which is a lighter alternative.

It depends on the filling which is the best one to use.

You can buy locally made Yufka at the markets  (6 pieces for 2 or3 TL) and there are specialist shops that make it - one is just across the road from the Land of Lights office just by the road junction.
