Hello All

My husband and I are from Bristol, UK and are planning on going to Turkey in April with the view to both buying property to rent, as well as a place of our own for living.  However, we've yet to narrow down exactly where as everywhere has it's good points. So we will spend a little time looking around first.  

We have been researching forever (not just Turkey) and I know that we'll be in contact very soon with endless questions as the forum is invaluable!

If you have not been to Turkey before I am sure you will enjoy.

My wife and I visited for the first time, spent 7 days there and bought a property.

hi, im Garry,
i live in rugby, in the midlands, i went to Turkey in june 04, and purchased two villas on SAGLIK numbers 77 and 79. went back in october when both were complete, one furnished, hoping to rent out during 2005, went back in october and purchased a two bedroom flat between fethiye and calis which is now under complete renovation, hoping for completeion early feb. had the pleasure of meeting braveheart and his missus on first trip, hoping to return april/may and look forward to meeting more of you.

Hi Kas - welcome to the forum.  Good luck with the search when you come over.  Once you start sending your questions they will be answered very quickly.   You may find it useful to use the search facility as well - the answers to some of your questions may be there.
