Title: Not worth the paper

My son in law flew out with TC to join the Family already staying with us. Had a reserved seat and all the paperwork.....only to find it had already been allocated:(:-\ Family all returned in the early hours of this morning again all reserved seats together 2 adults and three young children.....reserved seats already allocated to someone else and the best they could do was split the family by seventeen rows!!!!! So what is the point of paying for reserved seating. Needless to say they will be seeking a refund for the abortive payment. A very helpful steward  did manage to get them together by moving other kind passengers after they were air borne, after a rep at the airport was unable to get anything done. Seems you get more help from a local Dolmus driver than TC!(Excluding the helpful steward)

This also happened to my son and his family. TC refused to refund cos he didnt think to keep his boarding card!
