Hello everyone. Have been reading the posts as a non member with interest over the last month or so. Great to have so much help when considering buying in Turkey. As yet havent decided on an area but Calis is one option.
Have just posted a question on maintenance fees in the buying property section. I would be interested in any views that members have.

you should get most of your questions answered on this site, and Calis is a nice spot to choose.

We have just bought an property in Calis & have found one question is can be difficult to get answered i.e. What is included in the cost? I am confident all will be well; but I would caution you to get this fully written down before purchase. If you are somewhere with a shared pool for example, who will cover the cost of replacing the pump?
As for costs, this will very for many reasons, including who the builder is. I hope this helps.
