I saw this on the dash board of a dolmus (it was in capitals).

Can anyone help with any kind of explanation.

H, Its a word used at the beginning of prayers a religious phrase, also can be heard spoken to keep bad things away? pronounced as one word, hope this helps.

Its not Turkish H, its Arabic, and you hear it all over the muslim world.

Freddy Mercury uses the words "Bismillah" in Bohemian Rhapsody, for years I thought he was saying "Mitch Miller"  So pass the shovel "H"
