Fistly thanks for the forum it is making some great reading and is very informative.

My wife and I are heading out in May for a couple of weeks, I have not yet been to Calis Beach however we have been to Olu Deniz four times in the last couple of years.

We both like the Turkish people and the country so much so we are considering buying a place in the Fethiye area, however it seems you get a little more property for your money in the Calis Beach area.

I suppose the plan is to buy now and hopefully move over there in the next 5 to 8 years depending on how things pan out with work and stuff.

Welcome Manfish, you can't go far wrong in Calis, but prices are going up fairly quick. Alan
