Title: The Earth Moved
Post by: tribalelder on October 14, 2010, 10:18:56 AM
Quite a strong tremor a couple of minutes ago.  Only lasted 3-4 seconds but it did seem to come from very deep down. First time I have had waves in the water cooler:D

I felt it here in Ovacik. The epicentre was underground near Kas/Kalkan.

The wife always says it would take an earthquake to waken me, but today proves her wrong, I only arrived in Fethiye at 4 this morning - so hit the sack for a while, woke at 9 saw the weather was poor, so fell asleep again and missed the tremor.
