If you have the guarantee and service book there should be a list of service engineers for each town/city

Last year I had a problem with my Indesit washing machine and I called out Polat Sogutma.  Two blokes came; one checked the washing machine , identified the problem , drove back to Fethiye for a new pump, fixed it ,and did the paperwork. The other stood around and drank my tea. The total job took 1.5 hours and the total cost was 60 TL. I was well pleased, and the machine has been working well for the last 18 months. The phone number is  0252 612 6184 or 0533 498 2283.  I still don't know why the second bloke was there. Perhaps he was a chaperone  :)
