we have had our return flight next Sunday changed to Bodrum with a free coach to get us there. We havent yet been told what time to meet that coach ,but can anyone tell us where that is likely to be.
It is going to be after midnight as flight leaves Bodrum at 08.30.
Does our transfer from Calis to Dalaman drop us at departures or arrivals.I see on the forum there has been some reports of this happening to them ,maybe they can advise.
By the way its Aegean we are flying with to Manchester

My daughter had same problems with Aegean, she demanded her money back, and sorted a flight via sky scanner she got a one way for £100.00 inc taxes. We flew back 2 weeks ago and got a flight for £85.00 inc taxes back to manachester.
It's a long haul via coach to Bodrum especially if you are picking up elsewere

I also took my money back when Aegean changed my departing airport and I managed to find a TC flight

Dalaman transfer one hour, Bodrum transfer 3.5 to 4 hours. I'd just catch the coach rather than p*ss about getting money back and looking for a new flight ;).

My daughter wastold the transfer could take 6 - 7 hours depending on pick ups.I know what I would rather do !!

Thanks for your replies. We did try to get another flight but prices were ridiculous. The new invoice for flying from Bodrum quotes the fare as £190 each!!!!!plus £70 each for transfer, thank goodness we dont have to pay it.We paid £85 each when we booked in May.
However my concern is how do we find the coach at Dalaman Airport that is to transfer us cant think who we can ask when we get dropped off at by Dalaman, and it is going to be the middle of the night.
It is going to be an unpleasant journey without our stress levels going through the roof not being able to locate the transfer coach and being left behind.
Sorry to sound such a wimp-----but I am(not really)

Eileen, when you get to Dalaman just go into departures and look for either Onur air office or information desk they should be able to help you. You may even see an Onur rep outside the building.
We had this a couple of years ago and it was quite simple, although we were in January when it is nowhere as busy so that made things easier. I am sure you will find info in departure hall.
Good luck

Hi Eileen If I were you instead of worrying about it phone the office and ask Details on their website here You need to phone the Marmaris office

Enjoy the rest of your stay

Using your English mobile the Marmaris H4U office (Aegean)
is 00902524111129. It's staffed by English girls who I have always found to be very helpful. I think trying to sort it out once you get to Dalaman is leaving things a bit late 8)

Thankyou all for your advice, did phone Aegean who took my mobile number and said they would phone me with info when it was available.
They have done and told me the time to be there where to find the rep who would direct us to coach.
Well done Aegean/Holidays 4 U
