I have been told of a new exercise to music class starting on the 19th nov starts at 10.30 but been told to get ther at 10.00 1st day so they can talk about your abilites (or not as the case may be) in calis with a english qualified instructor. said suitable for all ages & abilites. sound just the thing to get back into shape after lounging about all summer and lots of meals out with friends. so we will be giving it ago :-\
