Every time a new business opens it's invariably a bar. There are so many bars it must be struggle to survive and make a living.
I wish some enterprising Turk would open a Beauticians in Calis. They would make so much money as there isn't one. It would save me going to Hissy for a manicure and pedicure.
-
The hairdressers on Baris Manco opposite uckun market and next door to cafe my Angel does manicure and pedicure but being a big, bald tatooed Geordie I ve never been in !
-
Hey Steve, you should go to Booty in Hisaronu. Last time I was there, I was sitting by a huge big bald headed, hairy tatooed cockney in his swimming trunks who told me he always had a manicure and pedicure when he comes to Hissy every year. He was soon followed by an equally hairy, tattooed Yorkshire guy and then another guy from Dundee. It seems they all enjoy being pampered, so there is no shame in looking and feeling good no matter how bald or tatooed you are.
I will take a look into the Hairdressers, next year, but some of these places don't really know how to do proper manicures and pedicures. Thanks for that anyway.

Cant wait to visit the new bar especially if there karaoke even if Steve does not like it it will pull in the punters as Calis does not have a decent Karaoke bar with a good system.

Is there a website for this bar or does anyone have any photos. It's not far from our place and I'm keen to see what it looks like, can't wait to be back in Calis after the winter we've had.
Cheers

Thanks for that Andy, it looks lovely.
We'll certainly give it a try when we're out in May as it's not too far from us. It's great to see some more bars opening further up Baris Manco

Ah the classic Calis Beach Opening Nights! The same tired old faces again and again, unable to resist the lure of a free sausage roll :D
Good luck to the owners, it ain't easy trying to make a living there :)
-
never turn a sausage roll down in turkey,

Bar and restaurant opening nights were always very popular, especially out of season. Sadly it is normally the case that when the evening and it's associated freebies had passed, people would need to pay for their food and drink, and they were never seen in the place ever again :D
-
Andy can you give me more detail for their facebook site, I cant find it but there's a very nice PJ's Bar in Faliraki.
Cheers
