Hi,
I am travelling to UK next week from Antalya with my 4 month old daughter.
I need to make up formula milk for her, do you think I will be able to take through a flask of hot water through security for her formula? I know ill have to taste it first.
Cant make it before hand as once mixed with the powder it needs to be used within an hour. Also dont really want to ask for hot water in the airport as you arent supposed to use water that has been repeatedly boiled.
Any ideas  :)

I used to travel with my baby a lot when we were living out there, just make up forumla with cold water, they will last for hours, just heat when you need them, failing that, just buy the little cartons of the pre-made milk!

Thanks, they dont have the pre made formula here :(
Will just put water in bottles then mix when needed

i'd put the hot water into the bottles (plus enough extra for you to sample) and pre-measure you're formular and put it into little pots. that way you wont have to worry about warming them up. Also, check the dates on the pre-mixed formular in the UK if they have your brand,and get some. they tend to last for ages so if you're planning another trip you'll be prepared :-)  hope that helps x

I did just put the hot water in the bottles, they never even checked them at the airport security  :)
