The boat seems to have been washed ashore ! I used to love the Emperor Rosko but he lost his 'edge' when he moved to Radio 1

The film 'The Boat That Rocked' , which is based on Pirate Radio in the 60s, is worth seeing.

How can we not remember Caroline, listening on the beach at Frinton Walton, Clacton and Harwich, and shining our car lights out to the ship.  Happy Days!!!!!!!:D

Radio London Radio North sea intermational(RNi) Radio Veronica Lazer 558 there us to be two radio Carolines one North And one South radio Caroline and radio veronica are also on satellite radio these days

Used to listen to Radio Scotland that was moored off North Berwick.My friend Pamala and I felt so risque as we tuned into it.Our parents thought it was a load of drivel and my granny who was a 'Wee Free' was sure we wouldn't get to heaven after listening to 'Satan's' music!!!!!Those were the days my friends!!!!!
