We live in a apartment block. All owners, apart from ourselves are holiday owners. How/where can we find out who owns an individual apartment?

The easiest way is to ask on here I think. Give details of the complex and a couple of owners will see it perhaps, who know one more owner and so it can go on...

The owner is Turkish (we think he is in the army). His brother lives in his apartment, and is causing us major problems (i.e threatening to call the belidyse because our dog barks and threatening to poison our dog).He is constantly fighting with his girlfriend,and basically making our lives a misery. He has threatened my wife with violence TWICE and we need to take legal action to try and get him evicted.

Oh I see, I thought you meant you wanted to know who all the owners were. I think they see you should see a solicitor, they can find out the details of the person. The small minority that threaten tend to do it as they see British as a bit helpless and easy to bully. It is important that you show them this is not the case, but using legal means of course.

Ozlen represented another British couple who were in a similar situation a few years back. I won't mention who as it is not my place to - unless they read this and want to say - but anyway, they had quite a torrid time from their neighbour over anything and everything, including would you believe the sound of their central heating coming on in the morning disturbing the neighbours!

I can report that Ozlen won a resounding victory in court. Just so you know you are in good hands (you knew that anyway I think!). Good luck.
