I noticed so many people parking in disabled bays without having a card on display in their windscreens. It made be really mad as my Mother In Law had a heart problem and could not walk very far. There are certainly a lot of drivers getting away with parking in disabled bays without a thought for the misery they are causing.

(I live on the road leading to the Sunday market... and Yes, I always get unwanted parking on a Sunday too :D)

Post by: scouser2 on December 17, 2010, 21:12:08 PM: We had this al the time in the U.K. We had a vets surgery at the end of our road, and his clients would be parking in everybodys car space.We could not park our car until after 9pm most nights when the vets was closed.
