Has anyone heard of a company called "World Sim"  

www.worldsim.com

They offer a sim card that offers free calls received from UK to Turkey.

...but charges 39p a minute to the UK caller...

Trust me, I'd love to report differently, but at this time and for the last few years - Skype is the best option.

Just wondered if anyone had used this company, what they were like for customer service, relieability etc.
