Title: 2011 Carnival Theme

At the first meeting of the 2011 Carnival Committee it was agreed that the theme of this year's Calis Carnival on 28 May will be "Nature and the Environment".  Lots of time to start thinking of ideas for floats and costumes :D

I am not sure what the full format of the carnival will take this year but will keep you advised of any decisions made by the new committee.
