Title: Good quality painter and reasonable rates

Hi everyone, I am visiting my apartment in Ovacik late March/early April for a week for a break and to whitewash the walls around the pool, wonder if you could help with a few questions:-

1. Any recommendations of decent paint and brushes, prices and supplier?
2. There are quite a few walls to do so I will need a hand, does not have to be a decorator, more a hard working person who charges a fair hourly rate, not sure what a fair hourly rate should look like, any tips greatly appreciated.
