Please remember everyone that this Monday 24th we start our Animal Aid slimming club.
The joining fee will be 10tl and then 5tl each week after that.
There will be lots of advice, recipes and a whole lot more.
What a great feeling it will be to not only lose those pounds but to be able to help feed and provide medical needs for our local animals.
Look forward to seeing and meeting new people on the day.
See you at LIsa's pies and pastries or should that be fruit and veg this Mon 10 am.

Do you know yet whether the slimming group will be continuing in the Summer months I will be out for 5 maybe 6 weeks so would love to join even for just the six weeks!thanks in advance.
