a little bit    land cruiser little bit volkswagen s.w.a.t. car anykind of special hanmade car not sure  :)  :)

I'm intrigued,
First guess was a doctored VW van going by the front hub -  (doctored as what though?)
Second guess was some form of soft fruit harvester, but then the tyre looks like a standard road one, so no go there.
So will go for a final try at a Martian street sweeper.

The car could be a Rover.....

Its got a flat tyre at the bottom so it won't be going far:D

Looks a bit like the Police vehicles from the "Judge Dredd" movies starring Mr Stallone, I do know that there is at least one company that will build them, based on Land-Rover parts.

Yes, John, I did try quizzing when we lived in Turkey, but, unfortunately, the answers that I, as quiz-master extraordinaire,  ;) required, were in NO WAY at all similar to any answers given!! : :)

I well remember our inaugural entry into one of you legendary quizzes. Our team were cruelly denied a famous victory by a weird and wonderful quirk in the scoring system devised by your goodself.

The weird and wonderful quirk in the scoring system devised by your goodself was that the team with the most points won. Appalling :)

That coupled with the fact that you had the temerity to refuse to give us any points for the following:

Q: Where is Uganda.
A: Inside with my grandma.

Q: What would you do if you broke your arm in three places.
A: Wouldn't go back to those three places.

And what should have been the clincher:

Q: Name a fish beginning with "S"
A: Single
