Does anyone know if there is a email address for this company and if so do they have a section who speak english !Trying to re-register my electric meter on my apartment
-
Hi Steven...an address i have for them is http://www.aydem.com/changelang.asp?lang=4
this is to the "main offic" ... maybe this will help you.
-
Thank you Brian will give it a try !
-
On my electricity bill, Aydem give an e-mail address: bilgi@aydem.com
but when I e-mailed them in English with a Turkish translation(of sorts) they failed to reply.
Sorry I can't help more.
-
Steven, just call into the Aydem office in Fethiye. Take your passport, tapu, tax number and the abone no (found on your bill, sometimes seen as tesisat no.) the charge is 99TL

Thanks to you all slight problem is electric was always done through the maintenence company we used for the last 8 years then received email on Monday saying they are no longer doing it so need to change meter over to own name. But we beleive the electric has already been cut off and i cant get out till April. Is there a bank holiday on May 2nd may be the first day i can get down to do this !
-
no bank holiday over here, so the office will be open as normal. Do you know anyone over here that could settle the bill just before you arrive, (you can check the amount due online), at least then you would have electric when you land...
-
Sorry Sunnyd but we arrive on 29th April early afternoon do you know what time they close and do they open on Saturday also what times do the tax office also stay open seems like i may be busy that weekend.
-
sent you a pm Steven
-
Sorry Brian dont mean to sound thick but how do i get into my pm never received one before lol
-
the offices open at 9am and close 5 or 6pm. The office isn't open on a saturday. If you can't get there on the Friday before they close, you would have to wait till the Monday to settle the bill. If the electric has been cut off they normally reconnect you in the afternoon if you settled the bill in the morning. If you settle the bill in the afternoon then it would be early evening before you would be reconnected.
Any 'pm's sent to you, will be in your email inbox.

replied twice to you steven ... but they keep coming back to me as "undelivered":(
