Title: Thomas Cook - Flight Extras

Have been trying to book excess baggage with Thomas Cook.  Navigate way through system to Book Seats and Flight Extras.  Select Seat, then press continue to book other extras, namley excess baggage, get an error message saying "Internal Error, Return to Home Page".  Have done this several times previously so know I'm doing it right.  This has been the situation for almost a week now.  If it is a system error Thomas Cook are potentially losing a lot of revenue.  Any techies out their got any ideas, would be very grateful.

Had same problem last week ,eventually went through call centre ,as it was their web site problem they did not charge the normal £5 ,mind you the telephone call cost £8 !!!
