I have seen this clip a countless number of times and I'm still amazed every time I see it. I'm convinced that she doesn't actually have hips and her ankles and core of her body are made of steel.

As a dancer I admire and recognise how much pain and hours that has been put in to achieve that level of flexibility and strength. I wouldn't ever be able to match her, but I'll damn well try to get halfway there :D
