Hi Everyone
I'm new to the forum and new to Turkey too! Just in the process of trying to buy somewhere hopefully around Calis Beach to stay in /rent out - can't wait to come over for a viewing trip in March and hopefully come back to the UK with a new home!!

I'd appreciate any hints and tips that anyone can give me...ie. Is Calis / Koca Calis a good area to buy to rent?

welcome to the forum ,hope you find your place in calis ,we have owned a villa in calis for 3 years ,we dont rent out ,but plenty of other owners do,you will find all the info you need on this forum,just search the  forum using the facility in the top right hand corner ,good luck house hunting :D

Hi Lisa and welcome, I'm another who doesn't rent out, I just turn up with hand luggage cos all my clothes are in my appartment, I live in my Royal Mail uniform, lol. You will find everything you need to know here,start with what you need to know, then what you want to know, then work your way through the rest and you'll find all the things you didn't think you need to know. Happy reading it will take you ages. Alan

Hello and welcome to the forum.  We've just bought a property at Lissa Links through Hanel Houses and were treated wonderfully when we came over last November.  I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.
