It takes very little effort to arouse discontent and a lot more effort to make things work smoothly.
Sad news for a good cause, but sadly not surprising.

The bay is in the middle of nowhere and difficult to find, there are no house any where near the place, there is plenty of sea to swim in around Marmaris, I think the main problem is because it has been made a conservation area no fishing boats are allowed near the pens.
Bardem is still swimming around the bay as far as I know and swims round to the marina in the next bay where the hotel is.
