Clearly not their finest hour in Libya but the SAS are still amongst our bravest and finest I reckon.

Yes it must be true that the cream of the cream of British troops, who can't even get past a crowd of people who two weeks ago worked in factories, are still the finest. Utter nonsense John - when was the last time any country's special forces managed to achieve their brave objective? The last one I recall was storming a hostage situation in an attempt to release a Scottish woman and managing to blow her to bits with a hand grenade while her captors already all lay either dead or dying.

If I'm ever in need of saving, send in Cannon & Ball.

Agreed, even the bravest have to follow instruction!
