-
thanks so much for this, Ive had them on boat trips but not been able to find a recipe.
My daughter loves them, I will have to practice before she comes to visit in April
-
I know Nurays food is gorgeous So if you like Turkish and follow her recipes you cant be too far wrong :D
-
I thought courgettes were without the most vile, horrific vegetable on God's Earth, till I tried some of the Turkish dishes that use it :)
-
I thought all vegetables were disgusting until I moved here, now I can barely carry them all back from the market!
-
Yep, me too Linda - I said that the only thing that would make me live in Turkey permanently again would be if for some obscure medical reason I had to become vegetarian - I'd have to return :)
-
What a pity they don't have swede, parsnips ,celery ,vegtables with a taste and why cant you buy Brazil nuts here. ;)
-
I got thrown out of school dinners for not eating swede.
-
Thankyou for the recipe and the interpretation
will give this a try (sounds simple enough for me Ha Ha)

Thanks very much for this recipe. I have made these twice before from a recipe I fund in a book, both times they turned out badly. Your recipe has potato in it, I am hoping that's the key to success, I have copied this recipe and it is now saved :)
-
Mine didn't turn out too well, not much flavour, I think maybe I added too much flour
-
Hmm, they arent really very flavourful anyway, are they. But I like them. If they aren't a slop it'll be something, LOL!
