As the planting season is here why not take advantage of some free horse manure for your garden and plants. A person in Uzumlu who has taken advantage of this reports the presence of worms in his garden and vegetable patch. There is nothing better for aereating your garden than the common worm. Improve your vegetable crop, call today for your free horse manure. :D 0536 866 5286

Do you deliver? If not will I get a bag or two back through UK customs?:D

I doubt you will have any problems as the UK lets all kinds
of manure through their customs

It has come to my attention that some people have been advising not to use horse manure for their plants or lawns. I believe this is due to some experience of using horse manure in the UK.
The majority of horse manure in the UK is a mix of straw and horse droppings. The straw takes a long time to break down and binds the droppings together. This creates clumps of manure which is difficult to separate.
The horse manure we are offering for free is woodshavings based. As the woodshavings are very small there is no clumping effect. This makes the manure easy to spread as a thin layer. This helps with drainage and improves soil aereation. Reports to us indicate from our regular users of the presence of earthworms when previously there were none.
There is also a worry about mushrooms growing in the manure. This can be the case as the manure is being matured. We only pass on fully mature manure with no mushroom content. When the manure is spread and mixed with soil there is very little possibility of mushroom growth.
From what I have heard the people who are advising not to use our horse manure have never been to see how we produce it or even used it.
I have had wonderful comments from several people who are members of the gardening club that have been using the manure for over 2 years.

Would be interested to know how you "produce it":D Is this a secret method you have developed ;)? Is it different to the old method ;):D:D

The manure is regularly turned and watered to ensure it will rot down even in the hight of summer.
We only give away the well rotted product from below the surface layer, this insures that you only receive the best product going.
Eric come and try a bag or too.

Oh I wish I had a garden so I could use the manure. It is brilliant for roses especially.
Husband in his youth used to be dragged up to Dartmoor by his mother to collect pony poo. hihi
Thank you Christine and Eric for offering. When I get my garden I will beat down your gate.
