Good Morning everyone.
Just want to say hello to everyone, I stumbled across this forum by accident but wish I had found it a few months ago it would have saved me a lot a grief, as I'm sure there is a wealth of information to be shared here.

Another very warm welcome, this forum has been a superb resource and gave me a lot of advice in terms of an apartment I purchased 2 years ago in Ovacik.
