Title: New to Calis
Post by: Steve B on February 16, 2005, 13:08:50 PM
Hello all,

Its Steve here from Birmingham. Having lived in Turkey for a while and of course been on many a holiday I last year bit the bullet and purchased a 2 bedroom apartment in Calis. Its unfurnished at the mo and I was hoping for you guys to point me in the right direction to get this place looking like a home. The only things I would purchase from new would be beds but if anyone knows where I could find a cooker, fridge etc then please e-mail me.

I will be over in the 1st week of May this year.

Cheers
Steve

hi steve, welcome to the forum, not sure where you would get second hand goods from, but if you use the search facility you should get most of the answers that you require.

Ahh yes Kings Norton, I know it well... Quite a few Brummies in Calis then by the sound of it. I'm getting quite excited about coming over in May. The week in May will not really be a holiday as such as there is so much to do getting the apartment furnsihed but hoping to enjoy the fruits later in the summer for nice 2 weeks holiday in my very own bit of Turkey. Can't wait. ;)
