Title: windows mail(vista)

socket error 10060 - mail working ok until yesterday but now can only receive not send and get this error.Cant think of any settings or registry changes I have made ,tried system restore.Dont have a registry repair programme and I am away from home at present so would appreciate it if anyone had a free fix

I doubt it's a problem your end Steve, sounds like a mail server/ISP issue to me.

cheers Scunner will have to see if it puts itself right if not ill have to ring the provider in bloody Bombay,that'll be fun.
