Title: bed and breakfast?

will the B&B next door to the Grape Garden be finished in time for this weekend's mushroom festival?  I am told it is already fully booked.  I had a look round last Saturday and it seemed to be a lot of a work in progress...any ideas of prices?  hope the road is finished too!  best of luck with the weather
