Just wanted to say a big thanks to Alper from ING Bank, He helps a lot of his customers behind the scenes above and beyond the call of duty. He has been brilliant this week sorting out some problems for us in his own time. Just like Barclays would have done for us in the uk. not!!!!!!

I agree with you about the service Alper gives to you, not just I must add to existing customers but anyone with a query about banking needs.
I am not a customer at Alpers current bank or even his last one but he has always answered my questions quickly and efficiently.
As a result I will be opening an account with him on my next visit.
I have been banking in Turkey since 2003 and he is without doubt the special one!
I don't know what ING are paying him but I am quite sure if they knew what he did behind the scenes he would and should get a healthy bonus.
