Title: passport renewal

Hi does anyone know how to go about passport renewal and name change please.  I would like to do this in Turkey rather than go back
to the UK.  Is it done in Fethiye?  I cant seem to find anything
relating to this subject.  Any help at all would be great

http://ukinturkey.fco.gov.uk/en/help-for-british-nationals/passports I think this is what you do.

It's now all done through Dusseldorf for expats.
