Have you tried Turkish food?  I would recommend the Mozaic Bahce for a great meal, always a favourite of ours.  ;)

I'm sure the vast majority of people on this site have tried Turkish food!!  It's one of the great things about Turkey.  We don't all want roast beef and yorkshire pud, fish and chips or pie and peas every night when we go abroad. But sometimes a nice juicy steak or mixed grill (or fish and chips!) just touches the spot!   ;)

we really want to try Moziac Bahce but could not be botherd to go all the way to Fetiyhe as it was a little chilly last night, but will defo get there in the summer.
I just wanted to mention Ahmet and the Meeting Point as we had such a lovely evening last night and the food was lovely, also forgot to say his smashing nephew Aggit wont be there this season as he has gone to the army that is a shame as he is such a nice young lad Ahmet said he is going to miss him!

We also intend to try Mozaic Bahce when we come out next month, now I've seen the directions for it on here. It has such great reviews I can't wait to try it.   :)

Well I hope the army will teach the lad how to pour a decent measure! We are all Meeting Point fans, you are made very welcome, staff are attentive but not overly so, and from mixed grill to traditional Ottoman roll, food is always good.

What is Turkish Food-When we first came to Turkey around 1990, we visited Datca. At that time, some of the restaurants invited you into the kitchen to select your food from lidded pans. In our first experience, we chose from 4 pins bubbling away on the stove.Rice-greenbeans-neck end of lamb ,and a wheat and fruit concoction. It was absolutely delicious.Never been able to replicate in the UK. We also tried our first meze mix. Many more followed after that.Kofte and Meneman and waiters soup became stapels.
Most of these appear to be available in fetihye/calis, but you do have to hunt for some. But it is also nice to have the odd bit of English as well. The odd roast beef or kebab goes down well.

I agree with Tinkerman, this is a topic about The Meeting Point restaurant, if you want to talk about the Mozaic Bahce restaurant there are already 33 pages on it! :P

Is the Pope Catholic?
Do you have shares in Mozaic Bahce (& FPS for that matter) or are you taking the Turkish approach & working on commission [?]:P:D

We also have eaten in Meeting point restaurant, we love it. Ahmet is lovely and so are his staff, we met a new waiter this June, his name is Ali, he is both lovely and funny. We invited friends to holiday with us this year and they too really liked everything about the restaurant. Although all food that we have eaten here on all 3 trips to Calis have been fantastic, would recommend sampling the Clay pot, urfa kebab and the tortelinni dish, yummy!
