Are there any Sitesi Managers or Treasurers out there?
I need to know if the three accounting books (Minutes/Receipts/Accounts) have to be written in Turkish or can they be written in English & translated into Turkish for the annual meetings?
It's a mixed complex of 50/50 Turkish/English owners.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've been treasurer for Lemon 1 from our 2nd year of existence, so 5+ years now. I complete the accounts in English, but publish at our sitesi meeting when we have an interpreter on hand. The back up receipts are a mix of Turkish & English dependant on whether we have a suppliers receipt or I hand write a receipt in our book & get the supplier to sign for the money. The decision book, in which our minutes are recorded is in Turkish & we publish an English version on email.
I'm back to the UK tomorrow night, & back in 3 weeks, but have fairly heavy commitments until 2nd June. If you wanted to meet up after that just email me via my profile
