Title: CBF's Apprentice
Post by: Highlander on May 11, 2011, 22:10:47 PM
I was intrigued by the task in The Apprentice this evening. For those you didn't see it, the task was to design an "app" for the mobile phone industry.

So for a bit of fun, hopefully, what "app" would you think could achieve global dominance.

I'd like an app that I could instruct to vacuum, dust and have the dinner, not only prepared, but cooked for me coming home from work!
Think it would catch on????????
:D

How about a "stupid and pointless business speak sayings to be used at the start of a new series of the apprentice to make everyone think you are a nob" generator?

I'd create an app of ridiculous anecdotes for ridiculous idiots to quote on grossly exaggerated CVs !

You would get them all off The Apprentice application forms then. Some of the things they put are embarrasing.

As for developping an app how about an EPK detector. It could vibrate in your pocket if you are within 20 yds of one or as you walk into thier bar giving you the option to turn on your heels. 8)

Fair play for those that watched tonight the girls app was utter cr*p, the lads was not much better, to think those people are at the top of their game. God help us.

I think they must have had some strong restrictions put on them as anyone not choosing a game or news of some sort in favour of some recorded sounds would definitely be an idiot.

Your post reminded me of that song, "Well you took the words right out of my mouth", but once again you got there first. ;)

How about an app that would get both Sugar and his no-brain wannabee business twonks off my BBC ... I don't pay my license fee for this sort of nonsense.

We should be spending the money on more challenging programmes like The Cube, or more educational programmes like Loose Women, factual programmes like Peter Andre:The Next Chapter and definitely more entertaining programmes like EmmerEnder Street.:D

Or am I in some way out of touch with the average TV viewer??
