Title: Can anybody help-Euro coins changing?

Is Turkey the same as the UK?  Banks will not exchange foreign coins only notes?
I have 75 Euro's in coins that I would like to change into notes so I can then exchange into Lira.
Is anyone going to Meis or Rhodes who could swap their notes for my coins?
Any other suggestions?

PS It sound like a lot - but mainly 2 Euro coins....not too bulky  :)

have you tried dickmans money changers in fethiye.

I'm sure that if you ask one of the restaurant owners or shopkeepers that you use regularly, they'll change them for you.
