Title: connecting to wifi by iphone

People seem to be having a problem getting an initial connection to our wifi at the restaurant with, and I say iphones because this is what most people seem to have.

When you have connected once then you are automatically connected when you come again but these days it seems that anyone trying to connect for the first time can't and I wondered if anyone might know a reason why this might be the case.

I am 99.9% sure it is not because the password is put in incorrectly.

nichola i had this problem when i came out in may not only at your restaurant i found that if you set the password then turn the iphone off it connects ok on restarting

I had no problems with iphone/mozaik bahce first day, put the password in and on immediately. Strangely the next day I didn't connect automatically - however after a full technical investigation Dogan switched the router on and I was online within seconds again  :)

aaah yes the router should of course be on :D and sometimes it isn't

but when it is and it won't connect I will suggest that people close and restart their phone

we just didn't have a problem at all last year and as long as the router is on reconnecting on a second third or fourth or.... visit isn't an issue - just the initial connection
